Subterranean Termites, aka White Ants can cause major structural damage to your most valuable asset, your family home! 

• Most insurance companies will not cover against termite damage, leaving you at risk of losing thousands of dollars and creating major repair costs.  

Termites feed on cellulose materials found in  timber used to construct the framework behind your walls. They will eat through the timber leaving only a paper thin outer shell.

Skirting boards, window sills, door frames, roofing timbers, posts and beams etc are also their dinner.  

Termite Barriers offers protection against termites by creating a continuous chemical perimeter zone around the premises. 

• Termite chemical needs to be applied to the soil, almost forming a moat around the building. 

• On concrete slab areas, holes are drilled at intervals through the slab to penetrate into the soil below. Chemical is then pumped into the soil through each hole creating the continuous chemical barrier.  
• Other areas that aren't concrete slab, (grass, soil and garden) will be hand trenched and the chemical then applied.
